HeadshotAI turns a small collection of personal photographs into professional or customized images of the user. Instead of using a generic image generation model, the platform creates a personalized model of each individual, so every generated image still looks like them.

Professional photography needs studio sessions, photographers, equipment and repeat sessions for different styles, with significant turnaround time and cost. Generic image generators, on the other hand, struggle to preserve a person's identity consistently, which makes them unsuitable for professional profiles.

Users upload reference images and the platform prepares their dataset, trains a personalized model and generates new images in many styles, from corporate headshots to prompt-driven custom scenes. AI-assisted prompt validation keeps results safe and on target, and the whole journey from upload to finished image runs without manual steps.

A user signs up, uploads a handful of everyday photos and chooses the styles they want. The platform checks image quality, prepares a clean training set, trains the user's own model in the background and notifies them when their images are ready. New styles and outfits can then be generated on demand, without another photo session.

Custom LoRA fine-tuning is applied per user on top of foundation image generation models. The training pipeline uses model compression and quantization to reduce GPU memory requirements, training time, infrastructure needs and generation cost, which makes a dedicated model for every user commercially practical.
