OneTender aggregates publicly available tender opportunities from authorities across every Australian state and territory. It gives businesses a single place to discover, analyse and compare tenders in construction, landscaping, agriculture, automotive services and many other commercial and government procurement categories.

Tender information in Australia is spread across government authorities, councils and procurement portals. Companies had to visit many websites, identify relevant opportunities by hand, research historical tenders separately and estimate appropriate values, often without knowing whether similar work had been awarded before. Monitoring that volume of information continuously created significant operational overhead.

We developed a centralized tender intelligence system that continuously collects, normalizes, indexes and presents tenders through a searchable application. Automated pipelines gather opportunities from distributed sources and classify them by region and industry. Advanced filtering, historical comparison and personalized recommendations help each business focus on the tenders that matter to it.

Custom machine learning models trained on approximately 1.5 million historical Australian tender records predict potential tender pricing, identify historically similar tenders, compare active opportunities with completed ones and analyse tender attributes to improve recommendations. Semantic search and vector retrieval find tenders that are conceptually similar rather than relying only on keyword matches, while LLM-based processing extracts and structures information from tender documents.
